Smooth and easy process to get a storage unit

Storage unit was easy to rent and the special advertised price was honored. Would recommend. Unit appears to be old (door sticks) but in good enough condition to do the job. I do wish they would fix the leaned-over code keypad stand, it's hard to reach from the car when exiting ЁЯШЖ.

Got a 10x30 for the best price in town. Property and unit clean and tidy. Service was good and no complaints all around.

The only real issues I did find was the unit had all kinds of dirt and leaves. But it outside facing unit. So that may have something to do with it. But on the other hand, it is climate controlled so I would think it wouldn't' have issues with debris blowing in. ALSO, needs a string/rope re strung. I am short and can't reach the little piece that is there. A very small piece that I could reach was broke off like nothing making it even more difficult to reach. Please replace fragile and broken ropes in units. Would be a good idea to just go around and yank on them or see if they are broken. Sher Madison
