Thank you Monique for your assistance ЁЯШК..I had no issues moving into any storage.. Monique even took the time to say why be in two different buildings..because I needed two storages.she said let me see if I can get both of your storages close to each other,she dud just that.

Professional , kind and Courteous Lori is outstanding

Had numerous personal and family issues that generated unusual requests and storage issues. Lori really stepped up as we are out of state renters and really needed a responsible adult to oversee our issues. Lori helped us avoid disaster.

The staff is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Lori is very helpful and always answers any questions I may have to the best of her ability finding a resolution if she doesn’t know which is very seldom from my experiences. The manager is very polite, spoke with her on the phone before and she was helpful. There’s a young gentleman that also works there and he was a lifesaver when I had to repackage a shipment and didn’t have the proper supplies. I’d highly recommend StorgeMax as your storage facility if in need of a storage unit!
