    A mishap but fixed

    I ordered a spot online.Everything went ok, when I got to the facility there was a vehicle in my reserved spot.Customer reps quickly as possible fixed the issue and now I'm happy.

    Misleading

    I was lead to believe I'd be getting a garage with roll up door. When I arrived my assigned number was an outside stall for parking.
