From the moment I walked in, Jay made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly extraordinary. Jay went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met efficiently and effectively. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Great manager, clean facility

Jay the manager was great. I had booked my reservation online but the system could not find it and Jay worked really had to help out and we finally got it figured out. So thanks Jay. The facility itself is clean and convenient due to opening at 6am. Although signage could be improved and the advertised size of the units is BS. They say approximately 5x9 it’s more like 5x8’3” so that is a liberal meaning of “approx”.

So far a very favorable experience with this Storage facility. My first time using Public Storage, and I was really impressed by the ease of using the facility and great staff.

Conveniently located

Everything went smoothly when I moved into my storage unit. My only problem was with the elevator. When I put in my code, the door opened, but the elevator did not move. Fortunately, after several tries, Jay came out of an elevator and showed me what to do. That was my only problem and my belongings fit in the unit perfectly.

Clean facility and GREAT staff.

Clean lot and nice staff. Saved me a bundle for same sized space and climate controlled. Better access hours than previous facility our heirlooms were in.

Clean, easy, and inexpensive

The facility is very well maintained and clean. Nathan assisted me through the process and he couldn't have made it easier. Happy to have a place like this so close to home.

Great location and attractive price

Expected the facility to be the most expensive but it was the least. Great location and friendly staff. The bad: Entry keypads to open the gate are located far behind a post requiring you to get out of your vehicle to enter or exit the lot. Also, although the facility is accessible until 9 pm, they lock up the moving carts at 6 pm when the office closes. If you get there after 6 pm you might not find a cart unlocked to move your stuff.

Great place, needs more than one employee

A clean and pleasant place with affordable prices. I am very happy with my new storage unit. Unfortunately, they have only one employee staffing the facility and while they are busy doing their job on the inside, the rental office is locked up with no one to help and no one answering the phone. I waited outside for 30 minutes for someone to unlock the door and help me rent my unit. If they are going to post office hours, then someone should be in the office during those hours. Once inside, the customer service was good and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied with my experience.

Public Storage in Westlake Village!!!!

I phoned Public Storage and met the nicest couple who run the place so efficiently I explained my situation with storing my things in a large POD at the POD facility which was incredibly expensive! The gentleman who helped me made it seem so simple!! Moving my things into Public Storage was the best plan for me. Public Storage is impeccably clean, well lit, and most of all I felt safe and my items are safe I was able to fit my things into a nice indoor 10x10 temperature controlled spot! I have an APP with a remote that I got to download and I can get to my storage unit any time I want up to 9pm/7days a week.. this is a TOP NOTCH place to store my precious things! Very reasonable compared to POD and they have links to great movers and packers.. So relieved to be working with PUBLIC STORAGE
