Extremely easy to set up

It was easy when I needed it to be easy

Moving in required entering the code probably 40 times or more.

Only 1 of 3 elevators worked and operating it was not intuitive, nor were there instructions. Entering the code at the door does not call the elevator. You have to enter the code, then press the button about 10 feet away. Once the elevator opens, you only have 10 seconds to enter the floor. If you are delayed or enter a wrong floor, you have to go back out and start the process over. We purchased our own lock for the door, but we were not able to use it as it would not fit through the holes on the door of our space. It was not an easy process setting up the rental. It was much more difficult than it needed to be.

The storage unit experience

I was not happy when we were leaving we were not able to get out of the gate. It was a few minutes past 9. I tried to add on the 30.00 for 27/7 and wasn’t able to add it. Someone that was working there helped us. Overall it was clean and a smooth move for us.

Great manager, clean facility

Jay the manager was great. I had booked my reservation online but the system could not find it and Jay worked really had to help out and we finally got it figured out. So thanks Jay. The facility itself is clean and convenient due to opening at 6am. Although signage could be improved and the advertised size of the units is BS. They say approximately 5x9 it’s more like 5x8’3” so that is a liberal meaning of “approx”.

So far a very favorable experience with this Storage facility. My first time using Public Storage, and I was really impressed by the ease of using the facility and great staff.

Conveniently located

Everything went smoothly when I moved into my storage unit. My only problem was with the elevator. When I put in my code, the door opened, but the elevator did not move. Fortunately, after several tries, Jay came out of an elevator and showed me what to do. That was my only problem and my belongings fit in the unit perfectly.

Clean facility and GREAT staff.

Clean lot and nice staff. Saved me a bundle for same sized space and climate controlled. Better access hours than previous facility our heirlooms were in.

Clean, easy, and inexpensive

The facility is very well maintained and clean. Nathan assisted me through the process and he couldn't have made it easier. Happy to have a place like this so close to home.

Amazing customer service. Was able to transfer me from a 5x10 to 10x10 on the spot. Super clean facility.

Great location and attractive price

Expected the facility to be the most expensive but it was the least. Great location and friendly staff. The bad: Entry keypads to open the gate are located far behind a post requiring you to get out of your vehicle to enter or exit the lot. Also, although the facility is accessible until 9 pm, they lock up the moving carts at 6 pm when the office closes. If you get there after 6 pm you might not find a cart unlocked to move your stuff.
