    Almost 5 stars!

    Nice and clean facility. 5 stars for helpful, friendly and professional staff. I rated 4 stars for pricing maybe cause ain’t we all want everything for cheap. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage space.

    Convenient

    The paperwork online was so easy. My daughter needed a unit unexpectedly the same day, and everything was done and paid for in about an hour. She was moved in by the end of the day with no issues.

    mediocre

    Things are just OK... its clean yes-- but there is no customer service and I had a hard time checking but finally figured it out. The units are decent. Its a little creepy i dont see any cameras or security.

    Easy move-in, excellent price

    It was easy to book my storage unit online. The manager called to confirm my arrival date and answer any questions. The staff was friendly and helpful and the move-in process was seamless.

    Avoid

    Took the truck and opened to the apt. Had nasty trash and large flat boxes . Truck was not safe . No instructions to use the ramp given . New code access after office closed did not work . Could not call local office to leave msg . 800 customer service was not helpful and very unpleasant.
