    The gentleman on duty on 1/31/24 was very helpful and kind. The storage space was clean, well lit and easy to find.

    Great customer service but kind of expensive

    Reserved unit online and showed up and it was a corner unit not worth the price great customer service found and switched my unit right away and was an easy stress free move in

    Fastest online process I’ve had!!

    I had a reservation with another facility, that morning. Miss quoted my! Didn’t honor the price. Scrambled to locate another facility, Did app on line, cheaper, went in got receipt, and showed me to my unit.👌🏽 That was the fastest and great customer service!!

    Great Move-In Experience

    The reservation and move-in experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to borrow carts from the front office to help speed up the moving process. There were multiple elevators in my building. Maps provided to fjnd my unit were helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

    Well priced storage unit

    The process to find the unit, online, was harder than getting into the unit at the facility. The office was great and the staff friendly and efficient. My unit was large, 1st floor, and drive up access. Checked out the competition, but this was the winner. Props to Jim, who manned the desk.

    Very clean and simple.

    Super easy just made a reservation called the day before to make sure everything was set up correctly, then went to the office and filled out some paperwork then got the unit super simple.

    Great Service

    Was immediately treated upon arrival to this facility. Their customer service is pretty fantastic. Check-in was very quick and straight forward, plus they take you to your storage locker by riding in a golf cart which is pretty cool. They have carts available for personal use to move mixes and stuff into the units, as well as elevator access.

    Well organized staff

    CubeSmart Vista is clean and seems very secure. The team was great but their software system loss my reservation for a few minutes. The offer flatbed hand trucks and have elevators if you prefer indoor storage which is all on the second floor.
