    Not working climate control

    Please fix the climate control for which we are paying. Our stuff will get moldy otherwise. The cube is 5 by 10 and located at Dania Beach.

    The climate control in our storage is not working

    We paid for a climate controlled storage 5 by 10, but afraid that all our stuff might get moldy. Half of the floor has not working climate control. And no other storages were available. If itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s possible please fix this problem. The stuff canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend my friends to rent a storage, because of that problem.

    Best storage facility hands down.

    Annie was amazing she answered every question I had. She showed me my unit as requested and even showed me another size to make sure I was getting the right size for my items. I knew right away I was in good hands and picking the right place. We did my paperwork fast and I moved in the same day. Thank you CubeSmart and thank you again Annie.

    The lady that showed the storage was not informative.

    The overall experience was good. Nice space. It doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have climate control live it says and I paid for. I was advised there were 2 doors to enter the unit, when in fact while moving in, we realized there were 3 doors and had to run to Home Depot for an additional lock. However, the multiple entrances to the unit make it easy to access items and store properly.

    Quick

    The move in was quick and simple. Could of done paperwork on line but required me to pay for a lock I didn't need. Guy at counter said he could of refunded me price of lock. Signed paperwork was shown the unit and moved in. Already had truck loaded with contents from previous storage. Just unloaded in new unit. In and out in 1 1/2 hours.

    Was straight forward and no hidden fees.

    My office staff was very. He was very knowledgeable of the company policies and the job at hand. He went outta his way and drove my mom back upstairs to the unit because my car was full. He then returned to office to get the cart for me this was very nice of him cause it very hot outside. I'm thankful.
