    Okay for the price

    I used this storage facility because I thought the pricing was cheaper than those in the city limits. Once I moved my office furniture in, they increased my price by $20 the next month and notified me via email (which I rarely check). Customer service was ok, if you are even a day late you will not be able to access your unit and of you if you were even a day into the next month when you want to move out, you have to pay for the entire month (no pro-rating). If I had known what I know now, I would have just chosen someplace closer to home. I ended up moving my office furniture into my home JUST to avoid paying them any more
