Staff was very service friendly. This is an older facility but maintained well. I used Cubesmart before and I hope will continue to to see the great service.

Good accommodations for the price.

The associates were very friendly and accommodating. Had an unfortunate issue with the assigned space being occupied by another vehicle, but it was resolved with some inconvenience. There was compensation provided for any disappointment experienced.

Location is close to our Rv site

Dirty grounds.

Upon checking in to store my 29' camper trailer, there was no way that I could get into the space assigned due to narrow isles and large trucks in the area. I parked in an empty spot that I could get into and notified the office the next morning. They changed my assigned spot. In addition the grounds are covered in trash.

Great front office support and customer service

My movers went and unpacked my stuff into storage and I didn’t have to meet them there. The customer service and help from the office was on point.

Too long to do paperwork. There is a tv screen in the lobby which gives you a visual of the sizes, this would have helped me while at home.
