I scheduled a rental unit on-line, which was pretty easy. Once I showed up, the sign said they were "out of office"...had to wait around for 10 minutes or so. It only took about 10-15 minutes to check-in, then I proceeded to the unit. There was a lock on the unit, so I had to go back to the office to get the code...they were "out of office" again! Fortunately, I caught the gal on her way out and she helped me out. During the day, I made three runs to load into my unit. Each time I drove by, the office still had the "out of office" sign up, and I wasn't able to drop off the new lock they provided me inside my unit. If the facility is open during the day, one would think the person running the office would be there throughout the day hours to help people. Although there seemed to be problems keeping someone in the office, it was a nice facility and I had easy access. The price was a little high for this size unit, but it's close and convenient. The office person was very nice and helpful, when there.

This is a great facility, easy to get to, extremely reasonable and close for me.

Perfectly priced and located for my needs

Needed a place last minute to store a few large items along with other smaller sized things. CubeSmart is located just down the street from where I live so the convenience of that is unbeatable. Also the pricing was fair. Customer service has been great thus far. Tiffany is very welcoming and bubbly over the phone and made me feel excited to store my stuff there. Great experience so far.

Clean but there are homeless people within the gates at times

I was kind of worried because there were homeless people inside the gates. They waited until I opened the gates to leave which was worrying me if there was an opening

Been here for a couple months and everything is great!

Moved states and was worried about fitting everything into a storage unit. However, CubeSmart has wonderful size options, great locations, and wonderful service. I feel like my belongings are very safe, not only from theft but also weather, temperature, and other issues that could damage different things. I am very happy here!

Customer Service was excellent!

I was a little surprised by the price of a 10x10 unit, but it is comparable or less expensive than other facilities in the area. The facility Supervisors (I can't remember their names) were of great help and even gave me and my boys some water while we were unloading into unit. Would definitely recommend Cubesmart.

Pricey, but easy.

The add on charges (insurance, admin fee, etc) were a bit of a surprise and drastically increased my monthly payment. Overall, the process was quick and easy.

Seems like older facility, exposed to weather, not much cheaper than newer, cleaner, more protected facilities. But it was Sunday & the office was open so....

Perfectly Clean and Secure Storage

CubeSmart in Orangevale did the trick for a short-term storage for our moving items. It is secure and clean and the customer service was great. The units are all in full sun and quite hot but I think that comes with the territory when you do cheap, outdoor storage units.
