We were helped by Jade, and she was friendly & explained everything in detail. Great customer service! One star off because the surrounding area is not located in an area we could actually utilize after dark and it would be helpful if the storage area floors were swept after others depart.

Facility met our needs. Just a short drive from Virginia State, easy to find, served my needs. Front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about her job.

My storage

I'm not really sure about what you are expecting me to write but I had a good experience with my belongings being stored there. Felt secure and at ease knowing my things were ok.

Customer service were very helpful down to earth people.

This place has its pros and cons. Pros are the people there were friendly and worked perfect as a team. They also looked at each other as family. The con is the location is right by a city dump.
