I'm sure I won't win the $250 contest but the truth is Take a picture of your locked unit every time you leave. They will come in your unit even though you asked them to wait till you are there.they went in my unit to remove a used Syringe that was left from the last person who had the unit. I asked for them to wait 30 minutes for me to get there but they went ahead a removed the syringe before I got there and said I left my unit open. If I value my stuff enough to get a storage unit why would I leave the unit open. I take pictures of my locked unit every time now. I also can not put this review in unless I agree with the terms of this review which states that They will not compensate you for the review yet the email states that you place a review you're entered in a contest to win $250. So I had to check the box that says that I agree with it even though I don't so hopefully this gets published

We had a very seamless process to get moved in we ended up having to get a bigger unit because the original one was to small for what we needed and the staff was very accommodating to our needs was able to get in and out in a timely fashion I will be recommending this place to anyone looking for storage

The facility is what you would expect from a self storage facility. Customer service was great and we were able to secure a unit with minimal effort. We were happy with the security of the facility as we have had issues at other facilities with that before.

Inflating rates

I have been there less than a year and had a rate increase about every 2 months with about 30 days notice and I have to give 30 days notice to leave.
