Impeccably Clean Facility

I have never seen a storage unit facility that is high-class at the greatest value. The staff was courteous and fast to check me in - less than 10 minutes. My moving truck was waiting outside. I am paying for their time on the clock. They were efficient and absolutely effective in getting me in a better unit than I had booked. Walked me to the unit, helped guide the moving truck in and showed them where the delivery door was. The hallways are super clean and well lit. Five star review for their team.

I am a return Public Storage customer. My visit to this new location was fast and easy. My previous account was found and updated. My agent promptly showed my rental unit and I was ready to load. Keep your lock from previous use. No need to spend additional money again. Covid-19 rules are straight forward to work with.

Best Storage Deal in O.C.

We received excellent customer service, quick, friendly & very helpful. The facility is very clean & organized with easy access to our storage area. The price is the best I found in O.C. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants a great deal to store their treasures.

Great location.

Large facility, clean and convenient location. I do wish they were open.on weekends until 6 PM. So far I’m satisfied. I am concerned after reading reviews that CORP. will increase my lease rate after only six months. Local manager said it will increase at six months but the amount of the increase comes from CORP. I would be interested in a long-term ”locked” rate vs. bring forced to move because the rates increase too quickly and too much.

Was looking for a storage were a commercial truck with 28 foot trailer could get into have access to a 10x20 storage. After many phone calls and checking out different locations. This location actually did have the access as I was told on the phone. Again great customer service.

Almost closing late Friday I needed a storage looked up online and POW reserv signed in bough a few boxes loaded my storage up and on my way . Can't get better than that . And friendly staff on premise
