We are moving from Illinois to Arizona...

We are moving from Illinois to Arizona and after a long drive into town, we had to quickly arrange storage. Brandi was very helpful is making sure all of our needs were accommodated and questions answered (i.e., can the moving van fit into the complex, proximity of storage units, needing climate control and outside storage, etc.). The experience was one of being easy and quick. I certainly appreciate the assistance.

Close and convenient

The storage is easy to get in and out of. Had a 26’ moving truck. The isles are large enough to move big Vehicle through which is very helpful. Location is great for me convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Great, clean indoor climate controlled space

Space was easy to access with our moving truck and the temperature inside was cool enough to safely store our items. Sandy was very friendly, helpful and kind.

Sandie was AWESOME! She was very attentive and customer service oriented. Very friendly and efficient answering all the questions I had and let me check out all the units I was interested in. She helped me make a very informed purchase. All customer service associates should be like her!

Secure, Easy Boat Storage

Called about 20 minutes before closing because I needed a place to store our boat. They saw us immediately and got us squared away in about 10 minutes. Competitively priced and very secure.

I've used Public Storage. I've had great experience prior to this recent sign up with Public Storage. I have to say this visit and sign up was outstanding. Sandy is exceptional in her knowledge. She knew exactly what I needed and proceeded in making sure I was aware of all renting a unit entailed. Sandys personality and patience was perfect. She answered all my questions, sometimes more than once until I completely understood. Thank You Sandy and Brandy for making my experience one of the best.
