Not Much Notice PS!

I downsized my unit in December 21. I was told that the door to my new unit was malfunctioning and I'd be contacted when it was fixed. I was also told i had to be out of our current unit by December 31. I didn't get a call that the door had been fixed until December 31 at 10:30 AM leaving me about 8 hours to move all of our stuff. On New Years Eve. To honor our commitment I spent about 8 hours on New Years Day (a holiday) with my two sons moving our items. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best experience with amazing customer service, many options to choose from, helpful customer service folks with outstanding support. We dealt with Curtis at the Marietta GA location, and he was great! Actually still is great, as he helps me every time I go!

This was my first time utilizing a storage unit and I was able to rent a unit with ease. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Selena and Greg were amazing today. That made this transition for me quite easy.
