This storage facility has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Donnell is incredibly helpful and made sure I was all set with my rental, access, and anything I needed. Caitlyn was also very helpful when establishing my rental. The facility itself is clean, and has perfect access and parking. Highly recommend!

Easy access, Friendly staff, large units

Units were larger than expected and halls were easy to navigate. They had plenty of carts to help move and the place is very secure

Efficient

Entering the facility was easy with the provided access code, and after speaking with an employee regarding payment and applied insurance to monthly payments, the rest of the visit was a breeze. Our space was more than adequate for my things and we successfully got in and got out with what we needed.

Propert Manager Very Helpful

I just started using this facility and I must say that the customer service here is amazing. The property manager, John has been very helpful in terms of helping me locate my unit and showing me how to properly lock my unit. He even took his time to fully break down what the renter's insurance covers and how to turn on autopay in the public storage app. His patience and kindness is really appreciated.

We reserved and paid for the unit online and arrived and moved in without any issues. The office wasn’t open but I received all codes via online. Great experience. I would recommend highly.

My overall experience met my expectations.

I had a wonderful initial experience at this facility. I found Amelia to be helpful, professional and friendly. I also found the manager ( I believe her name is Monica) to also to helpful. The facility is clean, quiet and easily accessible. There is a covered garage/overhang so that unless parking spaces are not available, I don't have to worry about moving my things in and out of storage when the weather is inclement. There is additional parking (with designated spaces) to the side of the building.

No issues with moving in other than getting the gate code the date after my selected move in.

Overall worth it

Kinda confusing to find the place because the address doesn’t lead you there if you put it directly into Google maps, but the facility itself is really clean and the staff members are really friendly.
