Easy experience and storage facility location for NC State students

If you are looking for a place to store your things during your stay on NC State's campus, this is a great option - reasonably priced and indoor storage units for temperature controlled environment.

Process

The process was super smooth and easy. I had a slight problem with something, I called the manager, but she was not available, but I can say that she called right back in a timely manner. My only issue is that the 1st floor restrooms were not clean. Other than that I would definitely recommend this facility.

Hard to navigate

Ladies in the office were putting me off as I was having difficulty with online. I called two times before they opened. They did not call me when they got in. I called them. Asked if I could just drive over real quick to sign in person. They said I had to make a reservation for 11 am. I explained I needed to unload and drive my van back to Wilmington. They said they had to do their rounds to check all locks on doors. I did managed to get thru the online and when I arrived I had to apologize as she seemed to have an attitude. After taking 3 carts full of items from van to storage unit, not one of the three ladies were checking any locks. They stayed behind the counter the whole time talking. I could have been able to come in person but they didn't want to be bothered.

Best Storage Experience Ever

The facility is clean, well-lit and feels very secure. The staff are phenomenal and made sure I was informed and helped thorough every step of the process. If I could give Miss Tracye and team 10 stars, I would.

Great!! The place was super clean and people helpful. The only bad thing though was that there are not enough dollies. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had to wait around 10 minutes to get a cart (dolly).
