    Everything was perfect. The only thing they don't tell you is that you don't get to pick your unit online like you would an airplane seat. I got a unit with a messed up door but we were able to get it easily resolved

    More tech advance than my last unit.

    Easy to miss entrance but not a big deal. Key pad just a little too close to the gate, not an issue if you have your phone and the app. Overall still decent place thus far to store you belongings.

    Could improve

    The customer service desk is horrible. Every time I went in there the guy was rude and unprofessional. Directions are horrible and the prices can be better. My storage had stuff in it and I had to clean it.

    Horrible customer service

    Customer service horrible. They were not open at the times they say they were and I was given the wrong door codes, so couldn’t move in on my original date.

    Works for my needs
