Dirty and filthy property.

This is the worst property ever! This is not about personal feelings, but the property was in terrible condition and had a lot of trash everywhere. It seems like a very old takeover, but as a loyal customer, I suggest visiting newer properties; some are outdated and neglected. I tried to move today, and as soon as I entered and notified the manager that the unit was too small and they didn't have a larger unit, instead of offering a full refund by reversing the transaction, she intentionally vacated the unit to keep her rental quotas high and retain the funds. I had to call corporate to get a refund, and they kindly apologized for her failure, so I do not recommend this property at all.

Cheap storage; difficult access

The single point of ingress and egress is challenging, and the aisles (lanes?) between the storage buildings is very narrow. However, the pricing is why you're here. It's one of the greater deals in Houston if you're OK with a few inconveniences.

The facility is older and the single point of ingress/egress can be challenging, but the staff is great and attentive, which is so important these days.

I have never used a storage facility.

I have never used a storage facility before. But for this being my first time you have made it easy access and availability. I would definitely recommend this facility and company of storage units to anyone that is looking for one.

If you do not pay they will sell it fa' yo' stay. Nice crew that works here plus it's clean...

Pretty good

The service itself was pretty good its just that i was expecting to only pay $25 for the 1st month like my reservation said but I ended up having to pay $44 forced to get the insurance and I had to use there lock none of that was ever mentioned to me until after everything was moved in.

Frustrated with lack of information

We had to wait until the office opened at 930 because we couldn't get into to the climate controlled unit because we weren't given the door code. I wa sunset because we were there since 6:00 when the gate opened and we were too far to just leave so we sat and waited. Very frustrating and unprofessional to not at least have a number we could call after hours. Just horrible!

They were able to fulfill all of my needs and when there seemed to be reservation on my behalf they reassured me everything was fine and gave me an alternative
