I had been looking all over San Diego for a good deal with no hidden fees or gimmicks and this is the spot. I found a low price storage for my family. This is my first time renting a storage in my whole life and I feel pretty confident. I would recommend this facility. It family oriented.

Excellent Facility

Only just moved it, but so far the experience has been excellent! Only issue I have is that I would like to have had a light inside the storage unit itself. My unit is a corner unit, so it does not benefit from the light in the hallway very much.

Easy 805 Access to This Clean and Secure Storage Facility

Ida and the team at U-Store It were kind and helpful from day one. We are selling our home and needed storage so that we could declutter and stage the home and then eventually move. Signing up on their website offered an online deal for 50% off the first month. It's a really nice, clean, secure storage facility. Don't let distance or area be an obstacle. It's easy access off the 805 Freeway and super easy to get back on the 805. I don't have much experience with storage rentals, but my husband said it's a really nice facility - he has rented from North Park Storage in the past.

I got what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

When I arrived with my UHaul, I was welcomed. I was attended very quickly to start the processing of getting a unit. The staff was friendly and spoke my primary language, Spanish, and proceeded to show me the units that I was looking for. Once I decided what I wanted, I got a promotion of the second month being free if I paid the first month. The unit was clean and I was assured that my belongings were safe.

Brand new , just check what area your unit is in carefully

This place is brand new, no doubt about it. But on the day of my move in i got lost and wandered through the facility and some units seriously are storing food or something horribly rotting. Im surprised they haven’t just gone into it and cleaned ot out. It smells awful and certainly its gotta be attracting pests, as soon as it gets warmer out.

Great rates & Excellent Customer Support

I just finished moving into my unit and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I ended up having to rent a U-Haul to get the remainder of my stuff out of home and it was very convenient having the trucks on-site to rent out. Clean facility. If I had to pick on something to improve it would be the lack of adequate parking spaces to unload and load into the facility and the need for more “push carts” for customers to easily move several items in and out with ease. Over all, two thumbs up! Almost forgot, the price was great too! I couldn’t find a deal that beat this one for the size of unit I got for the price I got! And I looked extensively throughout the San Diego region too.
