Door needs repair

the weather stripping under the door is missing, It needs to be replaced ASAP. It leaves an opening for rats, bugs and moisture. Please let us know when you can do this so I can open unit for the repair. Thank you for your quick attention to this problem. Rodney Deal

MAJOR RAT PROBLEM

RATS DESTROYED my things. If your belongings are damaged, you are on your own, as no insurance will cover more than a couple of hundred dollars in varmint damage. The district manager and an employee at the location even acknowledge that they are aware of a MAJOR RAT PROBLEM at this location. For reference, I have had all of these things in this unit for approximately four (4) years and never had an issue before; I noticed this issue a month ago. - Rats chewed multiple fishing rods - Rats chewed plastic on my kayak, and trailer - Found multiple dried-up rats on the floor
