Our main office is located at: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254-Storage - Republic location is located On Robinson Dr./Highway 77 just behind the local Dairy Queen. Our facility is well secured with key entry and a fully fenced perimeter. Moving supplies are available for sale at our main office location. A 10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned).

    Customer service was great and the unit was good

    Customer service was great because they helped me to find their office and even waited on me in my truck because I am handicapped and couldn’t have gotten up the steep incline. They were very friendly. It was a great experience.

    Never ever again

    Nightmare, and I lost time and had to reschedule my flights because the staff never turned up on time and next day left early.. Run away from this place.

    Terrible experience

    Run away from this place. I turned up twice at the place, and there was no one. Finally, they told me they don't have the space I booked. Nightmare. Never touch this place.

    Nicest people ever! They were super helpful

    I waited until kinda last minute to get the unit but when l went in the lady at the front desk was super nice! She got everything done quickly and made sure l had everything l needed before l left.

    Friendly service for an out of state student

    The workers were very friendly in helping me set up and get into my space. It is good to know I have people I can rely on in Waco while I spend the summer up north.

    Very secure place to put your stuff.

    I really like the storage unit. It's nice, clean and secure. The manager of the vacuity was very friendly. The only thing i didn't like was that the leasing office was on a different part of town but in all I would definitely recommend the storage vacuity to any one who was interested in needing one.

    We were looking for a 10x15 and I'm happy they had a 10x20 because we have no more room for other stuff. But customer service is wonderful and helpful.

    Poor customer service

    We bought a $20 lock for the unit we rented and the key broke off in it the first time we used it. We had to buy bolt cutters to get Into the unit and then a new lock. We asked to be reimbursed for the lock we purchased from them but they would not accommodate us. They offered us a new lock but obviously we have no need for that considering we had to buy a new one at the time. Very poor customer service.
