    Great Staff - Nice Facility!

    Staff was super helpful and on top of communications, confirming appointments, and filling out paperwork. My 7x10 unit was upgraded for free, and the unit I received was in a great location and easy to access.

    Great first time experience in Chicago

    I rented the unit to store my son’s stuff over the summer. The process from finding the location online, called the customer service line with questions, filling out the paperwork and moving in went very well. Once I made my reservation, I received emails to confirm. On the move-in date, the process to see a unit and fill out the paperwork was slow due to Covid restrictions. The staff in the office were very efficient, friendly and responsive. The move in went quickly despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday. I would rent here again.

    We moved into self storage 1 on a Saturday and had incredible service. The staff was very professional, funny, and tended to all of our needs, especially the store manager, Colin. They were extremely flexible and organized. The truck they lent us was so extremely helpful and we couldn’t have been more grateful for it!
