    Changing to this facility was my best mive

    Moved in on Oct 26, 2019. The facility was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. I’m glad we chose to leave our previous storage facility and I’ve here.

    Good customer service.

    Customer service is great when you need to speak with them. The gate has been broke twice since being there. The carts are limited and need to search around for them as there are only 2 at the location.

    I am happy with the overall experience. It wasa a quick move-in.

    The only thing my fiancé and I were not happy about was how when we came back to move in, there were a lot of people and only 2 carts that werecurrently being used. We have a 6 month old son that we had to take with us to drop off our things and had to wait for a cart and a place to park. Other than that, everything else seems fine this far.

    Easy move.

    Great team over on Belvedere. Very courteous and professional. The truck for $10 is a bonus if you stay within 4 hours. I recommend having at least 2 people helping you move items in, otherwise there's an up charge. I made it just in time.
