The only problem we had was there were something in the elevator that was broken in the elevator got stuck in between the first and second floor for about an hour, but the customer service was very friendly and helped resolve the issue quickly and gave me a $20 credit towards my account so I feel thankful for that. It all worked out. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very satisfied with the cleanliness and where my stuff is.

I ordered the unit online but when I got there it took the payment but didn't give me any paperwork, unit number, or the code to get into the units. I called to get the information and the lady was rude to me.

Simple and easy start up and they offer locks right there which made it nice! So far so good!!

I accidentally booked a unit at the wrong property and I called customer service and they made it super easy to get a refund and get a unit right there.

Had to use own insurance to replace any stolen goods.. canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t afford to have insurance go higher so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use itﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ lost everything important

4 months no problems

So far everything is going good for me. Easy in and out access.

Horrible place no customer service.

The lot manager said my wife and I was letting someone use our unit that was previously kicked out. 100% untrue, we never let a single person into our unit nor did anyone else have access to my unit. I called no help they cut my lock put two red locks on. Did not call me nor did I get a email. Called customer service absolutely no help at all. Horrible place and good thing I came to unit to put a little more stuff in or I would have never know. I would never recommend spare box to anyone.
