The experience was very good, one of the best that I have had when renting a storage. Graliris was really good and very courteous while we we were doing the process. Storage is very clean, the only thing I wish they were carts that we could use to unload and take them to the space, this is something I had in previous storage places.

Siempre he dicho que la primera impresión es la que dura toda la vida. Si pudiera dar 10 estrellas lo haria. El seguimiento y el trato de Lydia desde el primer momento fue de calidad y excelencia. A ultima hora necesite un storage rushh por lo que hice una reservacion online ya que encontre una oferta. Tempranito en la mañana Lydia me llamo para confirmar todo. Por motivos ajenos no llegue a la hora pautada pero llame rapido y cambien hora. Lydia me recibio como si fuera conocida de mucho tiempo, me explico todo, me enseño el storage y firmamos los documentos. Hasta me brindo una botella de agua. Estoy más que agradecida con el servicio brindado. El storage no sera por mucho tiempo pero la experiencia vivida sera por siempre. Gracias.

I must say that I was having a bad day everything was going wrong until I came to public storage.Having to look for a storage last minute is not easy. Lidia was such a great help , loving and caring ! She answered all my questions and did her job well . It's always great to start buisness with people that love there job. Thank you !

I called and the manager Lydia was fantastic! She always kept her word, was kind and made my move as simple as possible. I visited a storage competitor and the same unit size was small compared to Public Storage. Public Storage was exact in size!
