When I reached the facility, it took two people to determine where my spot actually was. Then, while raining, I tried my access code and it didn't work, so I tried at the other gate (walking between the two areas). I placed a call explaining my issue and fortunately, Mikki called me back. She facilitated me getting in and gave me a new access code. Mikki is very friendly and professional!

My Experience as a New Customer at This Facility.

This Public Storage facility is conveniently located along the local bus route. I love the kiosk setup at the main entrance. If staff is not on-site that day, live personnel are always available to assist you if you have any questions or concerns. Not all (most don't) Public Storage facilities have this type of amenity, so it is much appreciated. The facility is also very easy to access (enter and exit) and is always kept spotlessly clean by staff.

Good rate and very easy

The online reservation system is great. Everything went exactly as it said. The app does make the experience better. The unit was clean and ready. The lock they provide is good. Directions to the unit weren't helpful but I was lucky and the unit was right in the first place I looked.

The woman working the desk is named Sandra. She has wonderful customer service skills. Very efficient and I was in and out.

Space was bigger than I thought it would be and super clean. The lady at the front was super lovely as well and made me feel so welcome.

pricing fair despite added expenses. No paper work -online. Did not see anyone. The facility and the unit was not unclean. Experience probably would be much better if not for the Covid restrictions.

Not the cleanest but still nice enough

Fair price. Good customer service. She walked to my unit in the rain to help me get started. Cleanliness was not great - dead roach on floor and rat boxes line the perimeter. I like the location. Feels safe enough and they followed social distancing guidelines.

Price is good but location is too far from my house

Customer service was great. I would also recommend to a friend. I only wish the location was closer to my house for the same price. This location is 30 mi ites away from my house.

The property manager was really nice...

The property manager was really nice and very helpful. The original unit I wanted was inside and had too narrow doors to get the light stands I want to store into the storage area so she found me another outdoor space with a garage door at the same price. She was very nice, prompt and on time and the place looks neat, clean and well kept. You can't ask for more than that. She runs a pretty good operation too. 5 Stars.

Teray is an excellent member of the public storage family. Her attention to detail and exeptional customer service made my experience seamless.

The location that I'm renting at is...

The location that I'm renting at is great. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The only issue is the location of my unit. It's at the end of this awkward hallway all the way at the end. It makes bringing heavier items difficult.

I already submitted a review. I want to say, first, that the Staff person who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - to an extent. I did not know until I arrived from over 150 miles away that I would NOT be receiving the first month $1 discount, not a rental rate of $55 a month and that I would need to add significant $ for 'insurance'. My bill, I thought was going to be $55 a month, with the first month for a $1. Nope - my bill is $74 monthly... big difference. Will move out as soon as I can. Terry
