I have used Public Storage in other states in the past so it was my first choice when I needed to rent a unit recently. Hannah was a great help, very friendly and professional. They had just the size unit I needed and the price was reasonable.

I just have small issues

I just have small issues. The rope to pull door up is old and dry rotten. yesterday it broke and I will have to ask to have it fixed. The key pad to exit property is not accessible to reach from car. 10 x 15 unit has 2 small doors. Difficult to move large items in and out 9tables, mattress & box springs etc. Thank you for asking.

Vivian is so sweet and patient and full of information. She gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the unit before I signed on the dot. She made a long drawn out procedure fun to complete and the grounds and office and storage unit are immaculate. I feel very comfortable storing my furniture there and I look forward to my stay at Public Storage. Vivian is the best.

I was very happy with p m on duty, Viv was knowledgeable and showed me what i needed, and we made each other laugh....props. ( delray beach, military trail, 33445) im no spring chicken but customer service is something that can truly make or break a business....such a small interaction really makes the cake, the ones like Vivian make your company successful.

The property I'm at is extremely clean as well as other properties I visited The manager here as well as a few other properties were kind and helpful they explained everything to me easy and made me happy to be here my experience with other storage facilities were not the same I chose public storage and my current location even though at the time it was forty five minutes away from my home

We made contact via phone and email with the site contact Tammy. The location was very convenient for us. We met with Tammy, got the paperwork done and got moved in that day before lunch. Very professional operation.

Nice storage facility.

Very clean and well maintained. Wish more carts were available. They are not downstairs when I arrive with my stuff.
