Easier than I expected

I thought I'd have to go into their office, but they were able to collect my application info digitally. I started moving stuff in the day after I applied. The price was a bit higher than I was hoping to find, but it was competitive with other storage facilities in the area.

Pretty Easy

EZ storage has a convenient online paperwork system, which I appreciated since I didn’t have to make any extra trips to the office. They were a little slow to review my paperwork and get me set up, but with a phone call or two I was helped promptly enough to move all my things before I had to leave town. Would recommend to anyone, seemed like a pretty easy process to get a unit and get moved in!

Elite Storage

I found this storage facility when I was recently looking to upgrade to a larger unit. The other facility that I was renting from at the time didn't have any availability so I began my search. I ended up going with this place at Elite Storage because the access and transparency from their staff was exemplary and very quick. Leana was a pleasure to speak with and made the moving in process stress-free. They obviously value this interaction and make it easy on the customer. The unit itself is very clean with no "storage unit odor". So far extremely pleased with their service.

Poor customer service and I never received the disk lock I paid for.

Poor customer service. It took many phone calls just to get ahold of someone that could help me. Once I finally did the guy was apologetic and offered to waive a fee. Was told that my unit would be ready by a certain time and it was not. When they finally opened my unit the lock that I paid for was not where they said it would be and I have been calling ever since trying to get ahold of someone to refund me. I don't like leaving bad reviews because this was probably just a fluke but my experience from start to finish was not pleasant.

I was disappointed when I got out to the property to find that no one was there. But I called the customer service line and they set me up over the phone and email. They were very easy to work with.

Easy enough place to use, if you have a vehicle.

It was much easier and quicker to complete my paperwork through e-mail and have someone come to meet me at the storage unit to open my locker for me than I expected. However I didn't find out until partway through the process that there is no walk-up access to the unit. I understand that they want people to feel safe at the facility but I do also feel like it shows discrimination against homeless people and that homeless people need access to storage just as much, if not more, than your average citizen. Having been homeless before, and being on the verge of homelessness now, I do resent that somewhat. Not all people on the street are going to break into someone else's unit or attack someone in the facility, or something like that. I'm sorry for my soapboxing but it is a sensitive subject for me. Anyhow, I know there are other facilities out there that do offer walk up service and I will be moving to one after I receive my month of rent for a dollar. Also, I really think that that information about having to have a car to use the space should be there on the website and on any website that EZ storage advertises on. Other than that the storage space is fine and clean and appreciate the young man who arrived very quickly to take their lock off of the locker for me so I could get in.
