Best rental experience ever!

At Mini U Storage on Motor city dr and have add the best customer service I have ever had probably anywhere. Preston and Saml Shaw or engaging informative gather the information they needed quickly and efficiently and applied it. I actually signed up for an online special that I had trouble with. They honored the price and discount I had found on the sight. Preston took me and showed me two different size units so I can make an educated decision about my needs. Above and beyond service! So good so far love that it have in door and out door and a gate and the owner lives on property just like the one I used to rent were I loved from except they didn't have in door or truck rental I love this one

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

It was advertised a free truck rental with renting a unit so I reserved a unit. I called to confirm my reservation with them and had to cancel it because the man stated it would be more convenient for them if we waited until the morning. Well I had to move into a unit the day of my reservation and ended up having to cancel because they would not rent to me the truck until the morning due to the rental being an inconvenience for them.

A decent amount of space for the price

The storage unit is easily accessible by car or truck. The hallway distance from the exterior door to the furthest unit is very short. The only complaint I have is that with a room that big it would help to have a light in unit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike went over all the paperwork and explained everything. I don't remember the ladies name that showed me the unit, but she was very polite and helpful also. I would recommend them to others.

the hours on hallway units are terrible

can only get in my unit during office hours wasn't told that until already rented unit
