Nothing special. It was easy to rent the unit and the pricing is very good.

Issue with price and space

I reserved an outdoor parking space through SpareFoot. They gave me a price and a discount promotion for the first month rent. When I received the paperwork from the storage unit, the price was higher and no promotional discount. I called the storage company directly (CubeSmart) and they would NOT honor the SpareFoot price and said the their promotion ended the day before. They would not give any discount even though I reserved before the promotion ended. They also told me they had never heard of SpareFoot. The next day, we arrived to park our vehicle in the outdoor space we had reserved (despite the higher price) only to find a semi-truck parked in the space that was to be ours. It looked as though the semi had been there for some time. I had called just the day before so she knew we where coming and nothing was said about the semitruck. She did say that the area was extremely muddy. We had an Uber waiting to get to the airport so there was no time to figure it all out. The lady at CubeSmart was nice, but not helpful at all. No customer service or effort to resolve the issue. Basically take it or leave it.

Really Gagne was great what tang up was different then what I was offered he made sure to take and send to upper mgmt so they could correct. Next corresponds showed my offer. Of course inflexible unless but the site online I will find out when I go to pay again.

Affordable storage for vehicles

I needed a place near SLC to store an extra vehicle. This facility was fairly priced and has plenty of drive up units for cars. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
