Laura did the move in paperwork, gave information and guided us through the process. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I feel she went beyond to make the process simple and made herself available for future assistance! Be sure to keep Laura! She is an asset to the business for sure!

Had a problem with lift but got fixed

I had a problem and moving in with the lift got a hold of Damien Lee who came out and fixed it

Watch out Rate increase

Notified rate increase of over 20%. Was told everyone was subject to AN increase. So this increase is not across board but handed out individually. Will shop around for surely a cheaper alternative. Had the unit less than 6 months.

Clean and efficient service

Just what I needed, this was the best storage facility for my needs in terms of location, price and condition. Easy access from anywhere in RI, cheapest price for a 5x10’ climate controlled indoor unit.

Great customer service, well-kept facillity

I had a great experience joining CubeSmart thanks to their commitment to customer service. My facility manager was able to handle all my questions and suggest best practices for how to maximize my storage unit for the most space and best price. The facilities themselves are well-kept, with only minor wear and tear, but the maintenance appears very dedicated to keeping things working smoothly.

the women at the front desk made moving into the facility a very quick and easy process. Access to the storage space is very easy and nice to use. I definitely recommend the facility to anyone interested in a storage facility.

I was able to reserve my unit from out-of-town and occupy it in under one week. Easy ground-floor access was available. Excellent, efficient service.

The front desk manager Tunde was very helpful and courteous. He was attentive to all of my questions and concerns and answered all of them satisfactorily. The paperwork for the storage unit and truck rental went very quickly and smoothly with his help.

The facility was ok. The units were a little shabby but functional. However the help there was awesome. I forget his name, but he works at both locations and from the get go was super helpful and friendly. Helped me find the best deal and location for my needs. I was moving across the country and was able to drive right in- move in, get situated, and even drop off my u-haul rental hassle-free. Super knowledgable, honest, and again so helpful. Great price, facility, and professional staff!

Overall it was a professional experience. I did not feel overwhelmed and left with all questions answered. The price was GREAT and I feel my belongings are VERY SECURE. Glad I chose this place for my storing needs!
