New and Clean

Overall a good experience. Lei, the manager is nice and helpful. Fair pricing for the 7x5 unit. The only thing they could improve upon is to have an area/ramp to get the moving carts to and from your vehicle. It's inconvenient to have to carry heavier boxes etc. over to the cart or lift the cart up over a curb.

Great climate controlled facility!

New facility that’s both climate controlled and clean. Researched various facilities and found the pricing to be the best fit the unit we rented. As you’d expect, climate controlled units do cost more. Trina was very helpful. A great experience so far!!

The unit is new and clean with very easy access to the inside elevators...

for me moving from one that is closer to where I live now was truly great. the staff are great and knew the other public storage I moved from so it was really easy and the only thing I had to do is get another lock my account stayed the same just different location. Trinia (who I give 5 stars) is really nice very pleasant and had me in and out in no time. The facility is in a good location and real close to my house, so I don't have to drive across town no more to access it now... I'm sure I will enjoy having my things stored here Thank you for smooth transfer

Terrible customer service

The lady at the counter was slow and rude. The option for contactless rental isn’t true. I did everything online but still had to stop inside to get the gate code. You have to enter the gate code going in and out and the codes are very long. You cannot walk in through the pedestrian gate. They have no carts to help move heavy items. I would give zero stars for customer service if it were an option.

Storage review

So far so good. Nice new location no complaints. Wish it was a little cheaper

Easy to reserve online and sign paperwork

Very easy signing up for a reservation,there was a small hiccup when trying to continue filling out paperwork online but was resolved on its own without making contact with customer service line.

Elevators don't always work.

Sometimes while getting in the elevator the door won't close. Other times the doors won't open will you are in elevator. 9 pm is early for a storage unit to close.
