    extremely pleasant experience overall

    Prior to arriving i spoke with both the on-site and district manager's and was convinced storage mart was the right place for me. Once i arrived to complete my rental it was confirmed, the moment i walked in the door i was greeted with the same friendly, knowledgeable feel i got on the phone until the time i walked out the door. I went over my lunch break which is only 30 minutes and still had time to stop for gas out of the 3 storage facilities ive used storage mart is by far the best.

    Top notch customer service, thank you!

    I had an experience with another storage facility that proved challenging and then I found Storage Mart online and it was a piece of cake for my very busy schedule. The representative even gave notes to the morning person that I had to be at work at a certain time and I would be in first thing. Top notch customer service, thank you!
