reserving online was very easy. when we came to get access, we realized we needed a larger unit and the associate at the desk helped us get that switched and settled effectively and quickly. accessing the building is really easy and made very convenient yet secure with the app. i definitely will be recommending this facility to friends and be a returning customer should the need arise

When I went in to rent the unit the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I was able to see the unit before purchasing and was given a tour of the facility. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to a storage place.

Easiest move-in and great security

This facility checks all the boxes. Secure gates, secure elevators, even a loading and unloading bay indoors for less back and forth! I also love that the app works via proximity so I can gain access with my code without having to remember it! Five stars all around.

The intial price was higher than I expected but we will see how it goes from now on.

Front Door clerk was so friendly helped me with my move in and i got $20.00 back for bringing my own lock. The staff was so warming and welcoming.Awsome job guys

Huge brand new building

You have to go during office hours if you want a cart because they lock them up, which is annoying. Elevator security is a bit confusing if you don't push the floor button right away, it will make you enter your code outside the elevator again. Nice to have bathrooms.

Prices are competitive and the facility is convenient to access. Staff was helpful.
