    Misfortune

    The storage unit was pretty hot. Also, I am a college student and I was in a rush to move out on short notice because the university was kicking us out due to corona virus. I was told that the storage unit would be $1 for the unit for the first month and $24 for a first time move in fee, but when I got there it came up to $70.

    Sherri and Clarence provided some of the best customer I've received anywhere! I reserved a unit at this location bit while talking to them, they tried to find me a better deal, and I ended up getting an even nicer unit for cheaper because of promotions. Thank you guys so much, you rock!

    Trustworthy

    The Public Storage I utilize is on S. Carrollton in New Orleans, LA and I love the service. I do not reside in New Orleans my daughter is in college in that great City. As a result we store her items when she comes home for summer. I love how they make us feel at home, how they appreciate our business also. They are friendly and courteous and go out of their way to help. The manager and staff should be commended for the great customer services. Sincerely, Tara Rice
