Long term renters not wanted

I was a long term renter. Raised my rent after six months. Then again the next six months they raised it almost 50%. I moved out.

Overall happy with this facility...BUT, there have been times in June/July when no one was in the office (during posted office hours) And, No rolling carts available, because one party took all of them and would not share. So we ended up having to hand carry heavy boxes and make several trips. This sort of thing should be not happening!

Easy move in

I was able to have a smooth contactless move in. They allowed me to do all of the paperwork online and had a lock ready for me (optional to keep or use my own). They provide an individual code to get around. I liked the process.

Unit had debris/dirt on the floor. Otherwise very clean. I like the big opening of 10 feet. Easy access.

Good prices for temp controlled units.

I was a little bummed that my unit got moved to the second floor but it's not terrible. They have convenient dollys to move your things and elevators to get to the unit easily.

Barbara was thorough, professional and very friendly in explaining how everything works for a first time renter. Very happy I found this place.

Insurance a bit of a scam

It would be nice to know upfront there will be and extra $15 added to your bill for insurance.
