Great experience. Staff was friendly, very patient & helpful. Was greeted and attended to immediately both times I was in the office. Clean property.

Today, I had the opportunity of working with Miss Shawn and my experience with her was the highlight of my day. Miss Shawn was funny, energetic, witty and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. After reserving a unit online, I learned that my unit was not available. Miss Shawn immediately offered me another unit that could accommodate my needs, searched other stores to accommodate my budget and needs, and ultimately ended up giving me my original unit after opting to prepare the unit herself so I could move in as soon as possible. She went above and beyond to ensure that both my financial and storage needs were accounted for and I greatly appreciate her service. She told me that she loved her job and her attitude reflected her words. She turned a "usually not-so-fun experience" into a fun and memorable one that I did not want to end. Thank you for your hard work and service, Miss Shawn! You are doing a great job! Also, while the register area smelled strongly of moth balls, the units were clean and spacious and the grounds were well maintained. I loved how the storage is gated for additional security.
