    Bad customer service

    customer service was not on premises during work hours, got there at 5.45pm facility closes at 6pm Customer service rep was very unhelpful and rude, had questions when I was moving in and she said to me" you are interrupting my meeting again" Hallway was grimy and dirty and the unit is very dusty My opinion is when customers are moving in the space should be cleaned prior to the move in

    Great Facility in great condition

    This CubeSmart is pretty new and is in great condition. The access is really easy and the staff onsite made renting really simple. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used other facilities in the area for work and personal needs in the past and this one is the best Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve found.

    Easy!

    Spencer took the time to explain all things. Your facility is clean and bright and I felt safe, even when unloading by myself. The price is somewhat high but having the first month free helped. It was a seamless process! Thank you!
