Easy and best price

This was the best price that I could find and it was easy to do everything online. Even though I did everything online I did receive a call from the storage unit itself. That was a nice touch in case I did need anything that I couldn't do online.

Great facility!

I really like the facility. It's quite a step up from the outdoor storage space I had previously. It's very clean and organized. I would love more carts though for the patrons to use. And, it takes some getting use to entering the passcode each time you want to open the door or get in the elevator. Overall, I'm very happy!

The corporate and local staff need more training on how to instruct a customer on how to go online and edit their account specifically on how to cancel your insurance corporate customer service new but didn't specify how but I know now would you like me to train them

Considering what's going on today in the world and what we're having to adapt to to be outside, Nicole made my experience renting a storage unit so easy and painless. I received a call befor my late fee was added on to my account with public storage. I made a payment in time and it worked out great. Thanks for the courtesy call , it was greatly appreciated. Get security, very helpful, very understanding to my needs. I recomend public storage.
