Connie is wonderful. She goes above and beyond for her customers and really takes care of the place. I already thought she was wonderful and then she out-did herself yesterday.. I thought we were going to have to deal with a corporate headache because of a small mistake on the relief managers part, and she got it all sorted by the time we even called the powers that be. Very much appreciated. Its the little things that count.

Expensive with horrible gate access.

The unit works for me fine. I don't like that I had to spend extra money for a dedicated lock that I will likely never use elsewhere. Chad, the manager, is great and has been very helpful. The gate access is the worst I've ever used. Both entry and exit vehicles have to use the same single gate. The entry code box has no lights and requires my own flashlight to see what I'm doing. Public Storage can do better than this!!!
