Diane saved the day!

Before we even got to the facility, we were impressed with Diane, who answered every question patiently and politely when we spoke to her on the phone. When we arrived at the facility, we didn't have much time as it was getting very close to closing time. We panicked and had trouble maneuvering our camper into the unit. Diane came to the rescue and calmly and expertly handled the situation. She was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us.

Diane was so friendly, patient and helpful when we moved our things into our unit. As it was getting close to closing time, we were 'in a pickle' and she expertly reparked our vehicle for us.

Price is better than most storage units but there are leaves and dirt built up in the cubby hole spaces for 5x10 units created by the wind, doesn’t look like nobody cares about a little work to remove this debris, when the wind kicks up it is scattered innthe air and builds back to the original location, would be nice not to have it right in front of my unit! The unit door is a little stiff pulling up the door, squeaks , needs lubricant on the rails, unit was clean .

I could only say one thing is missing and that would be hooks from ceiling in order to hang bikes and such allowing for more floor space.
