As a techno dinosaur, I had problems with the virtual office. it's new tech, so when housekeeping staff have to tell me how to enter the property there is a serious disconnect. Make it idiot proof, I am moving alone, but with somany dudes dealing with wives who hate moving you need something easy. goddit???

Unit was as advertised and staff were virtual, but very attentive.

I like that its climate controlled and the price isn't too bad. I really dont like that there's never any carts available to help move stuff which makes it very difficult.

Is piece of mind

I had never rented a storage facility before.I figured it would be a headache with paperwork at all that I was wrong. Paperwork simple at the point. Customer service was outstanding. Easy access to my storage unit and Clean.

Storage Facility at a great price

This storage unit is under 6th Ave. Freeway by an industrial area. I love it! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage unit so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not looking for trees and butterflies, I need a solid storage unit that is climate controlled. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s pretty secure looking with a retractable fence and numerous points where a passcode is needed and cameras everywhere. Great price and big parking lot compared to other places. I feel confident my stuff is safe and I actually saw someone cleaning the facilityﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.which I never did at my old storage unit.

Super fast and easy

I just got a small unit temporarily, but everything went super smooth and the guy who helped me was super friendly!

Helpful staff.

The storage is clean, close to home, and feels very safe. I reserved a 5x5 unit but upon viewing it , it looked small. The representative was able to find me a bigger unit and moved me over to it with ease. I feel comfortable having my items in the storage.

Pretty good so far the unit is just really small I need to get the next size up what I'm in is like a closet
