    Online rental was clear, simple, and straightforward self-explanatory

    My husband rented a 10 x 30 storage a day before and eventually rented another 10 x 30 for my use the next day. What amazed me at Storage Star, located at Wyott Drive in Cheyenne, WY was Sam's excellent customer service, cool, and courteous character. In my personal honest and humble opinion, Sam definitely deserves a raise. Another important observation, Storage Star facility is well-taken and explicitly clean. Rental price is right, the location was excellent, and the 10 x 30 space is just perfect for my use.

    Easy to understand the online rental procedure

    My rental experience at Storage Star at Wyott Drive in Cheyenne, WY was super awesome. Sam was cordial, friendly,and very knowledgeable with the rental policy. Everything was explained and the process wasn't really that difficult. I felt comfortable and happy with my decision to rent a storage at Storage Star. Sam is definitely a plus factor for the company with exemplary customer service. By the way, the Price is right, the location is excellent,and the property is entirely clean.
