When I went to the facility, there were three UPS notices on the office door. It was obvious that they had been there awhile. There was no one in the office. I called the facility. The customer service representative was very helpful in ensuring I had the gate access code and my unit number.

Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the facility and there were 3 UPS notices on the office door and no one in the office! I called their number and connected with a customer service representative who let me know that my lease agreement (signed online) did not upload. She immediately emailed me the lease agreement then provided me with the gate access code and my unit number. She was so helpful!

I was very surprised that the units were clean,but I don't like that they only have a six foot fence surrounding the whole place but We'll see how secure it is

Got the job done

The unit was clean, smelled a little like mice so do prepare for that but that's a given at most facilities. The facility is not fully gated or fenced off yet as they are still doing construction.
