    Cares about customer concerns!

    I previously wrote a review stating some concerns about my new unit. Within hours, they contacted me, offering the most sincere apology as well as a credit for my troubles. Most companies I know wouldn't even bother to follow up with their customers on concerns, but they proved to be different, and because of that, I'm giving them an overall five stars.     Spacious Unit but Not cleaned

    Unit is spacious, but was NOT at all cleaned. I had to sweep lots of debris out of my unit.
