I receives an email after 3 months of having a storage unit that my rates were being raised due to demand. Upon looking online, there are multiple units of the same size, on better floors, for less than what my rates have been raised to. In addition to the safety issue of having to get out of your vehicle to enter the code, when I went to try and remove the last of my items from the unit, the only entrance door was jammed shut and there was no available contact to open it, after it had been stuck open all day.

Fantastic in Every Way!

This place is extremely clean, well lit, with wide hallways for moving things in and out, and a loading/unloading bay to park your vehicle in (essential since they're located downtown Milwaukee near a busy train/bus station). The staff member who helped us was super friendly, worked with us when we needed a larger storage unit, and was helpful in pointing out the bathroom and garbage bins (since one of our mirrors was broken in transit). With great prices, climate control, and tons of security, I don't think you need to look any further then Life Storage!
