Clean & easy access

I found the unit and surrounding area spotless. Layout and ease of access is great. Carts available to make moving easier. Overall, I found this storage to be well priced, clean and well designed. Had to ask some questions and got great support. Very happy with this location.

One of their larger in city facilities

I believe there are several buildings containing units on four floors so there are many spaces available Everything is spotlessly clean the hallways and units. A little more expensive than I was hoping since they make you pay lock and insurance You don't really get The great you think you're going to get but you go through with it cuz you're already to that point.

Customer service is the worst.

Aside from being stuck in an elevator twice at this location the customer service has been the worst I've ever seen at public storage before there was a gal who called me from the Lynnwood branch who was following up before I got into my unit to make sure that it all went smoothly and she was awesome other than that people that I have dealt with at the actual location where I'm running from have been rude on top of not being very good at providing me with service that I pay for

Convenience, Cost, and Courtesy

The convenience, courtesy, and cost is why I chose Public Storage. It is located conveniently for my wife and I. The staff are very courteous and answered every one of my questions. And the cost of the unit exactly what we were looking for.

Quick, easy and pleasant experience, the employee listened and found my exact location and space specs needed. Rave about this company to all- have leased from them over 15 years but never long term though,1 year at the longest. I luv the $1 deal, best deal in the industry!

Desperate times call for uneasy measures

Recently moved to this cheaper option. Was denied a walk through during move in with no explanation. Annoyed by that, my code not working and finding a cup of urine in front of my unit. What the heck? Doubt the bathrooms are open and want that to be due to COVID19 but it doesn't seem to be the case. Looking forward to moving back to a climate control facility in a less busy location. Would recommend location to anyone in a bind.

These are very trying times and my experience was exceptional the office was completely sanitized and I felt very safe and at ease thank you very much for that

I believe the front desk lady was named...

I believe the front desk lady was named Rose. She was friendly, humorous and down to earth. She was extremely detailed and helpful. The facility is clean and I am happy with the storage size and economical price. The only thing I don't like is that my code has so many numbers which makes it hard to memorize and it was annoying keep putting the code in EVERY time I had to get into the elevator. Other than that? I am highly satisfied

The facility is nice and clean and new. The guy who checked me in was very friendly, he was alone at the counter. I found him thorough on things that didn't seem as important as other things. For example he read out the entire legal document, but misspelled my email and phone number - which I caught later. He also looked up and asked each person/group who entered if their question was quick. There were no quick questions. He addressed and helped 5 groups of people which distracted him and extended the amount of time he spent with me. I saw him as being very helpful, but it was a bit misguided to pause me and get fully in to other issues, rather than asking people to wait.
