    Customer service excellent.

    Hi, I showed up to rent my unit right at opening time. The woman that helped me, was on the phone dealing with out of state problems at another facility. She acknowledged me as i sat down. I was not in a big hurry so i didnt mind the wait. When she finished on the phone ,she said she was sorry for the delay. Very friendly. It took us about 15 minutes to do the paperwork and another 10 minutes for the tour of the unit. I was very happy with her professionalism. I would highly recommend this facility for storage rental. We were short term renters and have already checked out. That process was just as easy as the move in. I recieved my deposit back and am very satisfied. Thank you Tom alden

    Move-in was seamless

    Move-in was so easy! Michelle was an absolute joy to work with. The space itself is so new and with all of the security to give me peace of mind that my belongings will be safe.

    Reservation & check-in was so easy!

    Move-in day was a breeze and Michelle was so helpful. The space itself was brand new and clean. With all of the added security, I felt at ease leaving my belongings in my unit.
